The Home Improvement Network is a local company based out of Mundelein, Illinois. And, for over 20 years, We have been helping homeowners, just like you, find quality improvement professionals to help with their home improvement projects. The Home Improvement Network is still a small business with 5 employees, which is much of the reason why we have provided such personal service to its membership contractors. Due to this, we have established a very personal relationship with many of our contractors and vendors.
We have built a solid network of local contractors in the area, which is growing daily. Our contractors service and perform all different types of home improvements. Our network has been able to help thousands of homeowners find the right home improvement contractor each year since February of 1999.
The Home Improvement Network’s staff is and has been committed to service the home improvement needs for both our inquiring homeowners and membership contractors. The Home Improvement Network only services the Chicagoland, and Southeast Wisconsin metro areas. Homeowners and home improvement contractors have now been using our service for years with high levels of success, enjoyment and excellent service.
We believe in putting in the hard work to maintain a great group of member companies. This has been the key to our +20 years in business. We want to be your single source for connecting you with quality home improvement companies.
Whether it is a job site or their home office, we make it a point to meet our prospective members in person. Because if you're meeting them at your house, there is no reason we shouldn't meet them first.
We require all our members and prospective members to provide us with up-to-date insurance information. We do routine compliance checks to ensure that their insurance information is kept current as well.
We not only collect references from our members, but we also contact them and have a brief conversation with them as well. We want to make sure you are working with a real professional.
We do routine checks on member's insurance information, we follow up with prior customers, we get feedback on member performance. All this in order to keep our core network as the best group you have the opportunity to work with.
In addition to the above, we require that member companies are able to service additional homeowners each month and provide free estimates.*
